If you can't say anything nice......
In response to a candidate evaluation for a Sr. Management Team candidate, I was asked to evaluate the candidate on their "Ability to think strategically. Is candidate a critical thinker?".

My response resgarding this candidate in particular?
I think the candidate may have a very black and white approach to issues which require the entire box of crayons to address.
I think my CEO spit his coffee across the conference table.
