Wooot! Just got off the phone with my best friend.
1. We are flying to San Francisco the first weekend in November and staying three nights with friends and enjoying the sites of San Fran.
2. From there, we drive to Napa where friend #3 has a condo at a swishy resort and has invited us to stay four nights as we endure spa treatments and winery tastings in preparation for the main event: The American Wine Society National Conference in Sacramento.
3. Friday-Sunday we'll be at the wine conference, which was held here in Baltimore just two years ago. My friend is hoping to add to her medal collection for her own award winning wines. This year, she's entering some sparkling wines.
San Francisco, Napa, wines, spas, and best friends....sounds like the perfect vacation. Or at the very least, the perfect chick vacation. |

I am so jealous. What a nice trip to look forward to. I've always wanted to go to San Francisco and I haven't had a real vacation in a year. Grad school wreaks havoc on the vacationing. :)
