Question of the Day
It was not, "Did he call you about an extra ticket to Opening Day at the last moment too"?

The question was - how far down on his cell phone speed dial were YOU?

Seriously though - would have loved to go, but duty calls.

It was actually more like "who doesn't really do any real work, and can thus blow the rest of the day off?"

Oddly, you were pretty far down that list...

In all reality - I was competely and totally envious of your situation, and even more importantly, was extremely grateful for the gesture - Sir.

I think I must've been pretty low because he said, "... all of my friends can't go, so now I'm trolling the losers I met over the internet." Bastard. I don't do any real work, but I'm always on a money crunch, or I would've gone. Thanks for thinking of me, J.

Internet losers, yeah, and the punchline is, I ran into Jason Thomas outside the gate and he bought the ticket off me... good times.

It's possible that, when I changed phones and had to manually move all my #'s over (despite having carefully saved them all on the SIM so as to avert that eventuality), those whose names start with 'Z' might, um, not have been transferred...

Whatever, you know you were working anyway...
