I mean, 3,000 years of two of the oldest foods known to man not being compatible?
Dr Hildegard Heymann, who led the research, found that after eating cheese, wine tasters could not tell the difference between expensive wine and cheap plonk. Well, I might concede this point - hence the popularity of the pairing. |
