I actually caught this game while watching the O's-Red Sox game at No Idea Tavern Saturday night. Admittedly, I was torn: do I root for a team whose mascot is effectively a rodent or for the team I hate so much? Part of me rooted for BC because I wanted to see the Hockey East team lay the smack down on some upper midwest team, but then I really had no desire for BC to win.
Nice win by your team, although your players did a lot of clutching and grabbing which sort of drove me nuts from a viewer's perspective. Congrats to the rodents! ;-)
Look at it this way JJT, maybe next year it will be BU versus Minnesota in the finals. I will gladly cheer for BU if it means beating a bunch of pathetic ground squirrels. You want rodents??!! THOSE are rodents.
