Got Milk?
My brother will almost certainly deem this the most important scientific discovery of the 21st century.
...a group of scientists recently discovered that one of the most effective drinks to help athletes recover after exercise is the same thing moms across America have been giving their kids for years. A simple glass of chocolate milk.

    Yes, I saw this in Velonews a few issues back. I guess I have been researching this for years and didn't realize it. Who knew Nestle's Quik was a "sports drink"? The article is careful to point out that it is a "recovery" drink and that you shouldn't drink it while riding. Besides, who want's to drink warm milk on a hot summer's day?
