Fashion Faux Pas
As Aretha says - R-E-S-P-E-C-T - show a little respect Dick Cheney.

Cheney attended the 60th Anniversary Memorial Service of the Auschwitz Camps wearing a knit ski hat, military parka and hiking boots. What was he thinking? That maybe he'd get to go to Home Depot afterwards?

PS: It's the same temperature in Krakow, Poland yesterday and today as it is here in the DC/Baltimore area.

As my friend RP pointed out, why was Cheney there, anyway? Bush too busy clearing brush? Napping? Destroying the country? Ah, there it is. Never mind.

Wow, I didn't realize y'all had outdone us in the crass... I was actually mostly OK with Cheney going, since Bush probably would've made some sort of speech fondly remembering the Nazis (oh, wait, that was Reagan)... I did think he might've worn, I dunno, black or something. He looks like a McKenzie brother.
