I just got my 1098 Tax form for my mortgage.
For the first time, I paid significantly more prinicpal than interest on the loan and the balance is now just over six figures!
I refinanced to a 15 year mortgage back when the rates were down in the 4.25% range, so in a decade (or less) - this house is mine! |
